Transaction Statistics

This is the RENT dispenser/selector list. For each entry you can see the number of times and the amount for selected date range.

If you click on a line, you will get the details for selected dispenser:
The list will show detail for selected dispenser or selector.
  • Red color is for rented products
  • Green color is for returned products
  • Yellow color is for GSM reservations or TIME bill
  • Cyan color is for Point Cards

The columns are:

  • Date of transaction
  • Time of transaction
  • User Code
  • Product Code
  • Amount

If you click on a line, you'll get more informations about user name and product title

The table is sortable as you see in the image
The RENT categories are shown each one with partial results. The red lines identify the master category.

Other master categories are:

  • GSM Reservations
  • Point Cards
  • Products not found (this means a transaction linked to a product is orphan because the product was deleted)
  • Renew (when user renew the card)
  • Time Billing (when user browses the product list)
Same as RENT, the SELL products have same tables.

Dispenser/Selector Statistics
This is a graphic with accesses by hour. Accesses mean users that rented or sold products.

Recharges
This window show the user recharges on selected date range.

You have 3 tables:

  • Point Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Cards (fidelity cards)

Each table shows:

  • The dispenser/selector name
  • Number of times user recharged
  • Total Amount of recharges for that dispenser/selector

If you press on a line of a table, you will get the recharge details in the format:

  • Date
  • User Code
  • Recharge Amount
  • Bonus with recharge
  • The WinVideo operator at the moment of recharge (for videoshop recharges only)

Each column is printable. You can also generate a graphic with table data

Daily Incomes
This is the daily incomes table report. Each day of selected date range you will get a partial result and, at last line, the global result.
  • Lines marked with a green rectangle show the money transaction
  • Lines marked with a cyan rectangle show the point card transaction

The "Hired" column shows the WinVideo operator at the moment of recharge (for videoshop recharges only)

To show the "Renew Card/Contract" income, you must refer to "Transaction Statistics".

User Statistics
This is the user statistic window.

For the selected date range you can get a report on:

  • User shop transactions
  • User dispenser/selector transactions
  • Payers (Users with negative accounts)

Columns are:

  • The user code
  • User name
  • Date of transaction
  • Amount of transaction
  • Points of transaction (for Point Cards)
  • Actual Value on card (at the current date)
  • User GSM phone
  • User Email

Each column is sortable.

This function is very powerful: for example you can find users that had last access in the selected date range.

For example, we can send an email or a SMS to user that had one only access in the selected date range. Act as follows:
Order table by "Robot" (User dispenser/selector transactions)

Order table by column "RENTED": you will see users with 1 rented product only

 

 
Press the Printer button
Now you can:
  • print to "table.html" file (as shown in the image)
  • copy the content of table to your clipboard
  • Paste the content of clipboard for example to Windows Excel...
